AIR FRYER FLOURLESS PROTEIN BREAD
Ingredients
- 50 Grams unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp (5g) baking powder
- 4 or 6 stevia sachet
- 1tbsp vinegar
- 1tbsp olive oil
Procedure
- in a microwave safe bowl put the peanut butter and microwave for 1min to soften and mix all the wet ingredients until well combine and add the dry ingredients and mix it well until well combine
- Garnish with crushed peanut this is optional
- prepare a baking pan 5inch slightly grease it
- air fry at 180c for 15-20 mins
- let it Cool completely before you slice it
- Enjoy
