Ingredients
2 egg white
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp cream tartar
Pinch of salt
Mozzarella
Procedure
In mixing bowl put 2 egg white room temp whisk until soft peak and add 1/2 tsp cream tartar and salt whisk until reach the stiff peak set aside in other bowl whisk egg yolks and fried it in pan with butter then add the meringue cover for 2-3 mins after 3 mins remove it from pan add mozzarella then roll it
