LOW CARB CHOCOLATE MOCHA CAKE





Ingredients

Based
4 medium eggs
100 grams Greek yogurt
50 grams cream cheese (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 ml instant black coffee
50ml coconut oil or butter
8 sachet stevia
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup almond flour or ( 3/4 cup coconut flour)
Optional for unsweetened coconut chips

2nd layer mousse cake
400ml coconut milk
50ml heavy cream or apc
50ml instant black coffee
6 sachet stevia
1 pack Knox
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut flour

3rd layer
200ml heavy cream
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
50 grams 90% dark chocolate
59 grams unsalted butter
6 sachet stevia
Half cup unsweetened cocoa
Half pack Knox

Procedure 

In mixing bowl mix the all ingredients for the cake based and bake for 35mins @ 180 c while baking do the 2nd layer I use a pan to mix all the ingredients it took me 15mins to cook it after the cake base are ready let it cook for 5 mins then pour the 2 ng layer refrigerate atleast 30mins to solidify then do the 3 rd layer I also use pan to do it for 15 mins then pour the 3 rd layer to the cake then refrigerate for 1 hr and it’s ready its up to you if you want to put whipcream on the top to make it more appetizers
