NO BAKE GREEK YOGURT TART WITH WALNUTS AND CARAMEL SAUCE


 





Procedure 

1. using food processor to grind the 2 cups of walnuts and 40 grams of unsalted butter and 1 tbsp sugar substitute blend for 30 sec then transfer to the 8inch baking pan flattened it like pie crust then refrigerate until needed

2 . 1 pack of gelatin put on mini bowl add 3 tbsp cold water mix then set aside 

3. In big mixing bowl put 2 and half cup of plain Greek yogurt add 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp of sugar substitute mix all the ingredients until well combined 

4. After the gelatin bloom put a hot bowl of water under it then add 1 tbsp hot water mix the gelatin until become liquid then pour the GREEK YOGURT MIXTURE 

5. after you mix the gelatin and Greek yogurt get your walnuts crust then pour the Greek yogurt mixture flattened cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 3hrs

6. After 3 hrs make the caramel sauce using a pan with medium fire put 3 tbsp sugar substitute 1 tbsp of salted butter mix until become liquid then add 50 ml of heavy cream mix until thickened and set aside 

7. Get your Greek yogurt tart remove from the baking pan and parchment paper transfer to plate then pour the caramel sauce optional for crust walnuts on the top of it
