Ingredients
450ml heavy cream or all purpose cream
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup low carb sweetener
1 tsp knox gelatin
30 grams wall nuts
200 grams unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
I made 2 teddy bear chocolate truffles
Note I didn’t eat the whole things I just have 2 tbsp because it’s so rich in flavor
Procedure
1.in heat resistant mixing bowl put all the ingredients then do a double boiler let all the ingredients melt for 10mins
2. Remove from the heat and get the teddy bear molder pour it then let in cool in frezzer for 3hrs enjoy 😉
