Procedure
I use microwave small Pyrex put 1tbsp butter and 1 tbsp heavy cream microwave for 1min then mix it add the 3 tbsp almond flour ,1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar substitute,1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract mix all the ingredients until well combined then microwave for 2:30mins
meanwhile make the cream cheese mixture in a bowl put the cream cheese blend it well then add 100ml heavy cream using hand mixer whisk until peak add sugar substitute and vanilla extract set aside
Get the sponge cake slice into strips then in a empty container arrange the sponge cake garnish it with Nespresso until all the cake full covered then pour the cream cheese mixture to the top of the sponge cake flattened and refrigerate until 1-2 hrs or until set
After the cake is set and ready to serve garnish it with unsweetened cocoa powder enjoy
