NO OVEN SUGAR FREE CARAMEL SPONGE CAKE IN JUST 5MINS


 




Procedure 

1. Prepare a microwave safe container put the 2 eggs, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter mix all the wet ingredients 

2. Now put all the dry ingredients 3 tbsp of coconut flour,1/2 tsp baking powder,1 tbsp sugar substitute mix all the ingredients until well combined 

3 . Microwave atleast 3mins 

4. While the sponge cake in microwave let’s make the caramel ganache in a pan with medium fire put 2 tbsp sugar substitute 1 tbsp unsalted butter mix until liquid then put 1 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp vanilla extract mix then simmer for 2 mins then stir until thickened set aside

5. Get the sponge cake poke the whole cake then pour the caramel ganache all over the cake flattened it

6. Garnish it with crashed almonds and cocoa butter 

7. Enjoy this make 5 servings please see the macros below
