SUGAR FREE CHICKEN TOCINO




tocino is a cured meat product native to the Philippines. It is sometimes referred to as sweet red pork. The curing preparation for this pork dish is similar to that of ham and bacon, except that red food coloring is needed to for this Filipino cured meat.

    Ingredients 
1kg boneless chicken
1/2 lemon or 2-3 calamansi (juice ) 
2tbsp of garlic powder or garlic paste 
Salt and pepper 
Optional (sweet paprika) 
Red food color 
2tbsp olive oil 
2-3 tbsp of low carb sweeteners I used monkfruit or any sugar substitute

 Procedure 
mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken into 4 hrs After 4 hrs Put the chicken in pan pour 1 cup of water simmer for 15mins until the water reduce and become oily then it’s ready
