*Cookies*
1 tsp chia seeds1 tbsp hot water1 sachet steviaPinch of salt1 tbsp almond flour1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 Tbsp hot water1 tsp coconut oil
*Chocolate ganache*
1 tbsp chia seeds1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder5 tbsp hot water1 tbsp powder sweeteners
*Dark chocolate*
10 grams unsweetened chocolate1 tsp coconut oil
PROCEDURE
- lets make the base In a mixing bowl put 1 tsp of chia seeds and put 1 tbsp of hot water and rest for 1-2mins
- add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and mix it add 1 tbsp of almond flour ,1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp of sweeteners and 1 tsp coconut oil mix until well combine
- get a microwave safe ramekins pour the base mixture and microwave for 1min and set aside
- lets make the chia seeds ganache in a mug put the 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder , 5 tbsp of hot water and 1 tbsp of sweeteners mic until all the ingredients are well combine and leave for 5mins
- now lets blend the ganache using a blender
- blend it until become pudding now get you cake base and put the chia seeds pudding then let it set for 1min
- now lets make the dark chocolate just melt 10 grams if unsweetened chcocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil
- then put it to the cake until all covered with dark chcocolate refrigerate it until set
