MACROS NET CARB : 2g FIBER:4g FATS:11g PROTEIN :5g NET CALORIES : 131 Ingredients 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbsp hot water 1 sachet stevia 2 tbsp almond flour (15g) 1/2 tbsp erythritol 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp almond butter or peanut butter
PROCEDURE
- In a mixing bowl put 1 tsp of chia seeds and put 1 tbsp of hot water and rest for 1-2min
- add 2 tbsp of almond flour
- add 1 sachet of sweeteners mix until well combine
- in another bowl put 1/2 tbsp sweeteners and 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- add 1/4 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tsp almond butter mix all the ingredients
- get the almond mixture and combine the cinnamon mixture
- get a microwave safe plate put parchment paper
- and put the cinnamon cookie in the parchment paper and mold into cookies
- microwave for 1min
- let it cool completely to hardened the cookies
