Ingredients 2 tbsp unsalted butter (30g) 6 large eggs 1/4 cup sweeteners 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tsp red food coloring 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder Cream cheese frosting 200ml heavy cream or all purpose cream 3 tbsp sweeteners 1 tsp vanilla extract 250 grams cream cheese less fat 1 tsp red food coloring Optional for shredded cheddar cheese

PROCEDURE

  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a big mixing bowl 2 tbsp unsalted butter and add 1/4 cup sweeteners and whisk until lightened the color
  3. add 6 large egg and mic it until well combine add 1 tsp vanilla extract and red food coloring
  4. add 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder mix all the ingredients until well combine
  5. prepare you  8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour the cake batter then top it
  6. bake at 180c for 30mins
  7. after you bake it let cool compltely and slice into 2
  8. now lets make the cream cheese frosting
  9. in bowl 200ml of cold heavy cream or all purpose cream whisk until peak then slowly add the sweeteners ,vanilla extract 
  10. add the creamcheese and whisk it until set
  11. lets frost the cake put the 1st layer and cover it with the frosting and then add the 2nd layer and cover all over the cake set aside
  12. get the remaining frosting and add red food coloring mix it and put into piping bag with nozzle and pipe the red frosting to the cake according to your liking 
  13. optional top it with some shredder cheddar cheese
  14. refrigerate it until set
