KETO CHEDDAR FLAT BREAD

 






MACROS NET CARB : 2g FIBER:1.7g FATS:13g PROTEIN :13g NET CALORIES 200 Ingredients 350 grams cheddar cheese (Less fat) 80 grams cream cheese 1 cup almond flour (112g) 2 tbsp coconut flour (14g) 1/2 tbsp baking powder (6g) 1 large egg and 1 egg white (add more if needed)


PROCEDURE
  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put 350 grams of less fat cheddar cheese and 80 grams of cream cheese and melt in microwave for 2 mins or until melted set aside
  3. in another bowl put 1 cup of almond flour 2 tbsp of coconut flour , 1/2 tbsp of baking powder mix until well combine
  4. get the melted cheese then combine the dry ingredients mix it then add the 1 large egg and 1 large egg white knead the dough until well combine you can add 1 large egg  white again to make it more dough type 
  5. after you knead it divide the dough upto 9 pcs and mold in to circle 
  6. prepare a baking pan with parchment paper then put each dough with space because it will be flattened 
  7. optional for garnish the dough a sesame seeds
  8. bake at 180c for 30-35mins with fan
  9. enjoy the flat bread or pita bread with any fillings you like
