Ingredients50 grams walnuts50 grams pecan50 grams almond50 grams hazelnut1cup unsweetened peanut butter100 grams 90% dark chocolate or unsweetened1/4 cup powder erythritol
PROCEDURE
- im using a mortal and pestel to crashed all the nuts or use a parchment paper and rolling pin
- begin to smash all the nuts you can use a roasted version and set aside
- in bowl put 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter and add 100 grams 90% dark chocolate or much better unsweetened chocolate and add 1/4 cup of powder sweetener you prefer and melt in microwave for 1 upto 2 mins or use a double boiler to melt it and mic until well combine
- get your crashed nuts and combine the melted chocolate
- after you combine all the ingredients
- use a muffin baking paper to mold the cluster
- put 1 tbsp of each molder
- refrigerate it until set
