KETO COCONUT TORTILLA


 






In this recipe I made 9pcs each has MACROS NET CARB :2.6g FIBER:9.7g FATS: 6.3g PROTEIN :1.7 NET CALORIES :113 Ingredients 1 cup coconut flour (112g) 4 tbsp psyllium husk (50g) 3 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil Pinch of salt 1 cup hot wate

PROCEDURE

  1. In mixing bowl pour the 1 cup coconut flour 
  2. put 4 tbsp psyllium husk
  3. 3 tbsp olive or coconut oil
  4. pinch of salt
  5. mix all the ingredients 
  6. add the 1 cup hot water
  7. knead it until you reach the right consistency
  8. divide the dough into 9 pcs
  9. prepare the parchment paper and slightly grease it and  put the dough
  10. use a rolling pin to flattened the dough
  11. lets cook the tortilla using a non stick pan
  12. turn on gas in very low heat and cook it until golden brown
  13. after you cook the tortilla let it cool and put in clean container or sealed plastic wrap and put in the fridge to stay the freshness of the tortilla 
  14. enjoy with your favorite the fillings
