Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour (112g)
4 tbsp psyllium husk (50g)
3 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
Pinch of salt
1 cup hot wate
PROCEDURE
- In mixing bowl pour the 1 cup coconut flour
- put 4 tbsp psyllium husk
- 3 tbsp olive or coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- mix all the ingredients
- add the 1 cup hot water
- knead it until you reach the right consistency
- divide the dough into 9 pcs
- prepare the parchment paper and slightly grease it and put the dough
- use a rolling pin to flattened the dough
- lets cook the tortilla using a non stick pan
- turn on gas in very low heat and cook it until golden brown
- after you cook the tortilla let it cool and put in clean container or sealed plastic wrap and put in the fridge to stay the freshness of the tortilla
- enjoy with your favorite the fillings
