1 MINUTE KETO MAPLE COOKIE

Ingredients

1 tsp flaxseed powder or chia seeds 1 tbsp hot water Pinch of salt 1tbsp sugar free maple syrup or any sweeteners 2 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp coconut oil Optional for unsweetened chocolate (6-7g) and crashed walnut

PROCEDURE

  1. In a mixing bowl put 1 tsp of flaxseeds and put 1 tbsp of hot water and rest for 1min
  2. add 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup  and add 1 tsp of coconut oil  mix it
  3. add 2 tbsp of almond butter
  4. 1 tbsp of almond 
  5. pinch of salt mix until well combine
  6. and this totally optional but recomended to put the toppings  unsweetened chocolate and crashed walnuts 
  7. get a microwave safe plate put parchment paper
  8. and put the cookie in the parchment paper and mold into cookies
  9. microwave for 1min 
  10. let it cool completely to hardened the cookies
