1 MINUTE KETO MAPLE COOKIE

Ingredients
1 tsp flaxseed powder or chia seeds 1 tbsp hot water Pinch of salt 1tbsp sugar free maple syrup or any sweeteners 2 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp coconut oil Optional for unsweetened chocolate (6-7g) and crashed walnutPROCEDURE
- In a mixing bowl put 1 tsp of flaxseeds and put 1 tbsp of hot water and rest for 1min
- add 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup and add 1 tsp of coconut oil mix it
- add 2 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of almond
- pinch of salt mix until well combine
- and this totally optional but recomended to put the toppings unsweetened chocolate and crashed walnuts
- get a microwave safe plate put parchment paper
- and put the cookie in the parchment paper and mold into cookies
- microwave for 1min
- let it cool completely to hardened the cookies
