KETO BEEF RAMEN / BEEF PARES NOODLES

 




This recipe Is good for 6 servings each has MACROS NET CARB :1.8g FIBER:1g FATS:50g PROTEIN :40g NET CALORIES :620 Ingredients 2kg beef bone with meat 2 tsp grated ginger Salt and pepper Bayleaf Anis 10g cut red onions 1-2 tsp grated garlic 3 tbsp coco aminos or non gmo soy sauce 2-3 tbsp sweeteners 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 1 pack Shirataki ramen Boiled egg Green onions


PROCEDURE

  1. wash and clean well the beef 
  2. In a pot boiled 3-4 litters of water add the beef 
  3. put 2 tsp grated ginger ,salt and pepper add 3 pcsof dried bayleaf then cover it and let it cook for 1-2 hrs In low fire
  4. after 1 hr remove the beef and set aside
  5. in a deep pan add few oil put 2 tsp grated garlic and cut a small onion and sauté it 
  6. add anis and 3 tbsp of coco aminos or non goo soy sauce 
  7. add 1/2 tsp xanthan gum ad 2-3 tbsp sweetener 
  8. add the beef and sauté it then put it back to the beef broth
  9. simmer for 5mins or until thickened 
  10. in another pot lets prepare the Shirataki noodle and boiled It to remove the fishy odor 
  11. strain the Shirataki noodles and set aside
  12. lets assemble are ramen
  13. in a ramen bowl put the Shirataki noodles add the beef and 1 boiled egg
  14. put the beef broth and top it with green onions
  15. enjoy your beef ramen
