Ingredients
keto chocolate donut
- 5 tbsp coconut flour (35g)
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 3-4 tbsp allulose
- Pinch of salt
- 50ml black coffee
- 30 grams unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut flour( 14g)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp stevia blend
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Red orange food color
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
- Grease donut pan with melted butter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, sweeteners, coconut flour,cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Attach to the mixer and add melted chocolate , coffee, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add 2 eggs one at a time.
- When mixture is combined and mixed well, carefully scoop it in your donut pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove donut pan from the oven and cool to room temperature. Carefully remove the donut from the pan and transfer to a cooling rack.
- Make the butternut coating: in a pan Combine the coconut flour, sweeteners, nutmeg and melted butter , Put a few drops of orange food color. Mix thoroughly well and put in low fire. Add more orange food color if necessary.
- Dip each donut in the melted butter and then dredge with butternut coating.
- Enjoy as a snack or dessert. Keep leftover in an airtight container in the fridge.

**Store your donuts in the fridge
**It will keep fresh for up to 6 days.
**You may halve the ingredients for 8 dounts
