Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese Microwave for 1 minute, until cheese has melted. Whisk together until combined.
- Add the almond flour into the melted cheese mixture and Add the egg and mix very well, until combined and a thin dough remains. Transfer the dough onto the lined tray and using a spoon, flatten It
- put 1 tbsp minced garlic Using a pastry brush or spatula , brush the top of the dough completely.
- Bake the garlic bread for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkling with another mozzarella and dried oregano
- bake for another 5mins
- optional for chili garlic oil on the top
