KETO CHEESE GARLIC BREAD

NET CARB : 2g FIBER:1.2g FATS:11g PROTEIN :7g NET CALORIES :136 Ingredients 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp cream cheese 1/2 cup almond flour 1 large egg 1 tbsp minced garlic Garnish with mozzarella and dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese  Microwave for 1 minute, until cheese has melted. Whisk together until combined. 
  3. Add the almond flour into the  melted cheese mixture  and Add the egg and mix very well, until combined and a thin dough remains. Transfer the dough onto the lined tray and using a spoon, flatten It
  4. put 1 tbsp minced garlic Using a pastry brush or spatula , brush the top of the dough completely. 
  5. Bake the garlic bread for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkling with another mozzarella and dried oregano 
  6. bake for another 5mins
  7. optional for chili garlic oil on the top
  8. enjoy
