Keto Cheesy Loaf Bread 🍞🧀 
(Sugar-free and low carb)

Ingredients:

- 4 TBSP Organic Coconut flour
- 3 TBSP UNSALTED butter
- 4 med eggs
- 1/2 TBSP baking powder
- 2 TBSP Equal gold  (or any LC sweetener)
- Pinch of organic stevia
- 130g shredded cheddar cheese  (I used Che-Vital cheddar cheese) or You can use 1cup & 5 TBSP

Procedure 

  1. preheat oven @185c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the dry ingredients , flour, baking powder, sweeteners and pinch of salt
  3. in another bowl put the cheddar cheese and butter and melt it 
  4. get the dry ingredients and add the eggs and mix it 
  5. add the melted cheese and mix all the ingredients until well combine  
  6. prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter
  7. Bake at 185°C for 40-45 minutes
  8. enjoy
