Chocolate Truffle cake 

1st layer: heat oil, melt chocolate 

1/3 c coconut oil

1/4 c keto approved chocolate 

2 tbsp sweetener 

2nd layer: heat in a pan until thickened

1 c heavy cream

1/4 c keto approved chocolate

2 tbsp sweetener 

1 tsp vanilla

3rd layer: mix all ingredients, cook in microwave for a min

3 tbsp almond flour

2 tbsp sweetener 

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp melted butter

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

Assemble the three layers and dust with cocoa powder.
