KETO CINNAMON STICKS

This keto cinnamon sticks is so tasty and I love the texture of it

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp Xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- optional 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk of coconut milk
- cinnamon sugar (1 tbsp cinnamon powder and 3 tbsp granulated sweetener)
Instructions
- in big bowl combine the dry ingredients almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener ,salt and mix until well combine
- in another small mixing bowl put melted coconut oil and 1/2 tbsp Xanthan gum and mix until well combine and set aside
- add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients then add 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
- to activate the baking powder add 1 tbsp vinegar then mix it until all are well incorporated
- transfer the dough Into flat surface with parchment paper and slightly grease it then top it with the parchment paper then use a rolling pin to flattened it
- shape the dough into in according how thick or long you want
- in stove medium low fire prepare a pan with oil and check it using a wooden stick if the stick deep into the oil has bubble then the oil is ready
- fried each keto bread stick until golden brown echo side then put into kitchen paper to remove excess oil
- then garnish it into cinnamon and sweeteners mixture until all the cinnamon stick cover well and deep into melted chocolate keto caramel sauce
