KETO CINNAMON STICKS

This keto cinnamon sticks is so tasty and I love the texture of it

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 large eggs
- cinnamon sugar (1 tbsp cinnamon powder and 3 tbsp granulated sweetener)
- glaze (2 tbsp powder sweetener and 1 tbsp heavy cream or lemon juice )
Instructions
- preheat oven at 180c
- in a small mixing bowl put melted butter and 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum and mix until well combine and set aside
- in another big bowl combine the dry ingredients ,almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener ,salt and mix until well combine
- add the wet ingredients put 2 large egg and combine then add the melted butter with Xanthan gum and mix it
- to activate the baking powder add 1 tbsp vinegar then mix it until all are well incorporated
- transfer Into piping bag then pipe it into stick
- bake at 180c for 20 mins or until golden brown
- garnish it with melted butter or roll it into butter
- then roll it into cinnamon and sweeteners mixture until all the cinnamon stick cover well
- lets make the glaze in a small mixing bowl mix a 2 tbsp powder sweetener and 1 tbsp heavy cream or lemon juice and mix it
- plate your keto cinnamon sticks and garnish with glaze
