KETO CINNAMON STICKS

This keto cinnamon sticks is so tasty and I love the texture of it

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners 
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cinnamon sugar (1 tbsp cinnamon powder and 3 tbsp granulated sweetener)
  • glaze (2 tbsp powder sweetener and 1 tbsp heavy cream or lemon juice )

Instructions


  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a small mixing bowl put melted butter and 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum and mix until well combine and set aside
  3. in another big bowl combine the dry ingredients ,almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener ,salt and mix until well combine
  4. add the wet ingredients put 2 large egg and combine then add the melted butter with Xanthan gum and mix it
  5. to activate the baking powder add 1 tbsp vinegar then mix it until all are well incorporated 
  6. transfer Into piping bag then pipe it into stick
  7. bake at 180c for 20 mins or until golden brown 
  8. garnish it with melted butter or roll it into butter 
  9. then roll it into cinnamon and sweeteners mixture  until all the cinnamon stick cover well
  10. lets make the glaze in a small mixing bowl mix a 2 tbsp powder sweetener and 1 tbsp heavy cream or lemon juice and mix it
  11. plate your keto cinnamon sticks and garnish with glaze
