Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 1/4 cup non gmo soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4-5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tabasco sauce
- black pepper
Procedure
- marinate for 1hr the beef first Put minced garlic and combine the ingredients and set aside
- In another bowl put 1/4 cup non gmo soy sauce , 1/4 cup sweeteners,sesame oil, lemon juice ,tabasco, pepper and mix all ingredients
- heat the wok and Add marinated ground beef and stir fry it until golden brown
- add the sauce and mix it
- Simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve some scramble egg, tomato ,cucumber and onions or any low carb side dish
- ***optional to make the Tapsilog
- Just add fried egg and fried garlic Shirataki rice or cauliflower rice
