KETO GROUND BEEF TAPA

This keto ground beef tapa is a famous breakfast in th Philippines typically they partner it with fried rice and sunny side up but were doing keto so we need to substitute the high carb ingredient Into low carb

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners 
  • 1/4 cup non gmo soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4-5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tabasco  sauce 
  • black pepper 


Procedure

  1.  marinate for 1hr the beef first Put minced garlic and combine the ingredients and set aside 
  2. In another bowl put 1/4 cup non gmo soy sauce , 1/4 cup sweeteners,sesame oil, lemon juice ,tabasco, pepper and mix all ingredients 
  3. heat the wok and Add marinated ground beef and stir fry it until golden brown
  4. add the sauce and mix it 
  5. Simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Serve some scramble egg, tomato ,cucumber and onions or any low carb side dish
  7. ***optional to make the Tapsilog 
  8.   Just add fried egg and fried garlic Shirataki rice or cauliflower rice
