        KETO KABAYAN MUFFINS / ALMOND MUFFINS 

servings 6 MACROS NET CARB : 2.6g FIBER: 1.14g FATS: 12g PROTEIN : 6.7g NET CALORIES :142

INGREDIENTS

Half cup roasted almond butter or any nut butter 4 large eggs 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp coconut oil 1-2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup sweeteners 2 tbsp psyllium powder 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder


PROCEDURE


  1. Pre heat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put the roasted almond butter and 4 large eggs and mix it
  3. put 1tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp vinegar and mix until well combine
  4. add 2 tbsp psyllium powder 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup sweeteners
  5. put 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder and mix it until well combine
  6. prepare your muffins molder and grease it
  7. pour the batter on muffin molder  
  8. bake ir for 35 to 40 mins at 180c
  9. let it cool and enjoy
