INGREDIENTS
Half cup roasted almond butter or any nut butter 4 large eggs 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp coconut oil 1-2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup sweeteners 2 tbsp psyllium powder 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
PROCEDURE
- Pre heat oven at 180c
- in a mixing bowl put the roasted almond butter and 4 large eggs and mix it
- put 1tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp vinegar and mix until well combine
- add 2 tbsp psyllium powder 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup sweeteners
- put 2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder and mix it until well combine
- prepare your muffins molder and grease it
- pour the batter on muffin molder
- bake ir for 35 to 40 mins at 180c
- let it cool and enjoy
