KETO MAYO RAMEN

 







MACROS NET CARB :1.8g FIBER:1g FATS:50g PROTEIN :40g NET CALORIES :620 Ingredients 2kg beef bone with meat 2 tsp grated ginger Salt and pepper Bayleaf 1 pack Shirataki ramen
1-2 tbsp plain mayo
1 raw egg Boiled egg Green onions
dried seaweed

  1. wash and clean well the beef 
  2. In a pot boiled 3-4 litters of water add the beef 
  3. put 2 tsp grated ginger ,salt and pepper add 3 pcs of dried bayleaf then cover it and let it cook for 1-2 hrs In low fire
  4. after 1 hr  set aside
  5. in another pot lets prepare the Shirataki noodle and boiled It to remove the fishy odor 
  6. strain the Shirataki noodles and set aside
  7. lets assemble are ramen
  8. in a ramen bowl put the 1-2 tbsp plain mayonnaise add 1 large raw egg and mix it 
  9. slowly add the beef broth while mixing it 
  10. the put the Shirataki noodles add the beef and 1 boiled egg
  11. top it with green onions and dried seaweed 
  12. enjoy your creamy beef ramen
