Keto Mini Donuts
Batter. Mix all together. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins.
2 1/4 c almond flour
1/2 c sweetener
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp heavy cream
For flavors. Add what you prefer. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 1 tsp matcha powder. 1 tsp ube extract. 2 tbsp strawberry puree.
Glaze. Mix all together.
3/4 c POWDERED sweetener
3 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For flavors. Add what you prefer. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 1 tsp matcha powder. 1 tsp ube extract. 2 tbsp strawberry puree.
Topping. Unsweetened coconut. Choczero chocolate chips (white and dark). Homemade “Oreo” (see previous post for recipe). Freeze dried strawberry. Russell Stover SF Chocolate candy gems.
