KETO PIZZA IN PAN USING COCONUT FLOUR CRUST

Ingredients 
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or no sugar pizza sauce
  • Small Peperoni or Salami
  • 15 grams onions
  • 15 grams mozzarella
  • 5-6 small cherry tomato 

Procedure 

  1. Cut into small pcs all the toppings like cherry tomato , white onions, sausage set aside 
  2.  in small bowl put 2 tbsp tomato Paste and 2  tbsp water blend well then set aside
  3. In a bowl put 100 grams  shredded cheese and 2 tbsp cream cheese  microwave for 1 min
  4.  then add the coconut flour mix all ingredients until well combined and looks like Dough set aside 
  5. Get a non stick pan put the pizza dough in the pan then flattened it after you flattened the dough put on the fire in low fire then add the tomato sauce spread all over the dough then put all the toppings cover for 3 mins then after 3 mins add mozzarella cheese and chili flakes and cover for another 2 mins then it ready
