Ingredients
10 grams unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
1 medium egg
1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1 and half tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp sweeteners
Custard
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 medium egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sweeteners
White chocolate
10-15 grams cacao butter or ChocZero's White Chocolate Chips
1 tsp sweetener
optional for crushed nuts
Instrunction
- in a ramekins or mug put 10 grams unsalted butter melted put 1 tsp vanilla extract , 1 tbsp of heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk add 1 egg mix all the wet ingredients then add the dry ingredients 1 and half tbsp of coconut flour or double the quantity for almond flour put 1/2 tsp baking powder and the sweeteners then combine all the ingredients
- flattened the batter and microwave for 1-2 mins or if you like to bake it put in 180c for 30mins
- then set aside
- lets make the custard mixture in a pot pour 1/4 cup of heavy cream 1 egg yolk ,1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of sweeteners and mix until well combine
- heat up the custard mixture in low fire and mix until well combine
- get the ramekins and pour the custard mixture and let it cool
- lets make the white chocolate in a mixing bowl put 10 grams cacao butter or l ChocZero's White Chocolate Chips ands 1 tsp sweeteners melt it all the ingredients
- get the ramekins and pour the white chocolate and garnish it with some nuts
- and chill until it set
- enjoy
