MACROS NET CARB :3g FIBER:1g FATS:31g PROTEIN :20g NET CALORIES :372 Ingredients 1 large egg 1 tbsp tahini butter https://amzn.to/2WaVjL0 1 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp sweeteners 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 slice of cheddar cheese 1 large egg Optional for Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and green onions



PROCEDURE
  1. In a mixing bowl put 1 large egg 
  2. put 1 tbsp tahini butter  mix the ingredients until well combine 
  3. add 1 tsp vinegar to remove the eggy taste of it 
  4. then add 1/4 tsp baking powder 
  5. and 1 tbsp of sweeteners you prefer 
  6. and mix it then add hot water or heavy cream to make it more creamer 
  7. but if your counting your calories better use hot water 
  8. then mix until all the ingredients are well combine
  9. turn on gas in low fire prepare you non stick pan add some oil 
  10. you need a deep pan cake molder
  11. pour the batter and cover for 2-3 mins
  12. add cheese and egg then cover for another 1min
  13. flip it and cook for for another 1 min
  14. remove the bread from the molder and garnish with mayonnaise and green onions optional for grated parmesan cheese
