MACROS FOR 6 servings each has NET CARB : 1g FIBER:2.3g FATS:36g PROTEIN :4.5g NET CALORIES :350 Ingredients Graham 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/4 sweeteners 30 grams unsalted butter Flan 500ml heavy cream 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp pure gelatin or agar agar 3-4 tbsp sweeteners Syrup 1/3 cup sweeteners 1 tbsp vanilla extract
PROCEDURE
- Lets make our keto graham mixture in a pan put 1/2 cup almond flour ,1/2 cup ground flaxseed, 1/4 sweeteners and 30 grams unsalted butter
- turn on gas in very low fire and put the pan and toast all the ingredients until well combine and become golden brown and set aside
- get another bowl put 500ml heavy cream , 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract , 1 tbsp pure gelatin or agar agar , and 3-4 tbsp sweeteners mix all the ingredients untilall are well combine
- heat a pot in very low fire and pour the flan mixture and use a whisk ix it well for 5mins and set aside
- lets prepare our flan get a small cup or dessert cup put 1bsp of graham mixture in each cup then press it with anothercup or use a spoon
- pour each cup with graham mixture the flan and chill it until set
- after the keto graham flan is set lets make the caramel syruplet make a caramel syrup
- in a sauce pan put 1/3 cup sweeteners and 1bsp of vanilla extract to give a color then mix until become syrup
- pour the caramel syrup on the top of our keto flan
