KETO ALMOND PAN DE COCO

-Ingredients

Coconut fillings

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup allulose
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut 

Dough

  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sweeteners
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions 

  • Heat the oven for 180c
  • lets make the coconut fillings turn on gas in low fire in pot put the allulose and let it caramels then add the heavy cream mix it and add the desiccated coconut ,mix all the ingredients until all the coconut are covered with caramel turn off the fire
  • in another bowl put the dry ingredients and mix it then add all the wet ingredients mix everything until well combine and rest for 5mins
  • With wet hands, lightly form a small dough into a ball. Flatten the ball and add the filling.
  • Put it in the baking pan lined with parchment paper. and egg wash it then garnish with sesame seeds
  • bake at 180c for 30-35 mins
