KETO CHICKEN BALLS

Ingredients
- 1 kg ground chicken
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp mince ginger
- salt and pepper
- cover with desiccated coconut
- filling mozarella
procedure
- in a mixing bowl out the ground chicken and add the spices ,garlic, ginger,salt and pepper
- mix all the ingredients until well combine
- cover and let it marinate for 30mins
- using a spoon grab a right amount and form into circle then flattened it add the mozzarella in the middle then close it
- im using a desiccated coconut as a breading
- use a low fire in a frying it
- check the oil if its hot and fried the chicken balls until golden brown
- enjoy
