KETO FLOURLESS BANANA LOAF CAKE 


This keto banana bread is so close to the real banana bread you taste the banana using only the extract but you can add small piece if your not strict keto and  you won't believe it is low carb! Made with simple ingredients, this dessert is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini (256g)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tso banana extract
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 6 sachet stevia blend or any sweeteners you prefer
  • optional unsweetened chocolate chips and almond flakes

PROCEDURE

  1. pre heat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients then mix until well combine
  3. then add the dry ingredients mix it
  4. prepare baking pan with parchment paper
  5. garnish it with unsweetened chocolate chips and almond flake if you allergy to nuts you can skip it
  6. bake at 180c for 30-35mins with fan
  7. enjoy
