Keto Ube Cheese Pandesal
**Ingredients**
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
½ tbsp baking powder
5 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp LC sweeteners
½ cup hot water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
4 tsp ube extract
Fillings: Cheese or Cream Cheese
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add hot water slowly.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Rest dough for 10 mins.
- Pre-heat oven 180° C for 10 mins.
- Bake for 40-45 mins.
