no eggs 1 Minute Keto Vanilla Mug Cake
A super fluffy and moist vanilla mug cake is low carb- It's also ready in under a minute!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp sweeteners
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp psyllium powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a bowl add the almond flour, salt ,baking powder, psyllium powder, sweetener of choice and mix well.Add the almond butter and mix into the dry mixture. Add the milk of choice and vanilla extract and coconut oil- mix well
- transfer into a ramekins or mug and microwave for 30 sec 2 interval
- top it with sugar free blueberry jam and powder sweeteners
For the oven option
- Follow as above, but bake in the oven for 8-15 minutes,
