STEAMED KETO COCONUT BREAD

        STEAMED KETO COCONUT BREAD

Ingredients

  • Half cup coconut flour (56g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners (48g)
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder (6g)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp butter (30g)

procedure

  1. in mixing bowl put all the dry ingredients
  2. add all the wet ingredients and mix all the dry and wet ingredients until well combine
  3. prepare a heat resistant pyrex or an container and grease it
  4. pour the bread batter and flattened it
  5. steamed for 30-35 mins
  6. let it cool before removing in the pan and slice it
  7. I recommend to toast it into butter
  8. enjoy

note

for oven bake at 180c for 35mins
