STEAMED KETO COCONUT BREAD

Ingredients
- Half cup coconut flour (56g)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sweeteners (48g)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder (6g)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp butter (30g)
procedure
- in mixing bowl put all the dry ingredients
- add all the wet ingredients and mix all the dry and wet ingredients until well combine
- prepare a heat resistant pyrex or an container and grease it
- pour the bread batter and flattened it
- steamed for 30-35 mins
- let it cool before removing in the pan and slice it
- I recommend to toast it into butter
- enjoy
note
for oven bake at 180c for 35mins
