KETO CINNAMON BREAD

Make 10 servings Net Carbs 1.7g

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 40 grams unsalted butter
  • 8 tbsp coconut flour (56g)
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder (6g)
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder (6g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners (50g)
  • Optional for toppings blanch almond and unsweetened chocolate chips

Procedure

  1. pre heat oven at 180c
  2. in. mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients in room temperature and mix until well combine
  3. not put sifter and sift all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix until well corporate
  4. prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with butter
  5. pour the batter and flattened it
  6. optional for blanch almonds and unsweetened chocolate chips
  7. bale at 180c for 35mins
  8. enjoy
