KETO CINNAMON BREAD

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 40 grams unsalted butter
- 8 tbsp coconut flour (56g)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder (6g)
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder (6g)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sweeteners (50g)
- Optional for toppings blanch almond and unsweetened chocolate chips
Procedure
- pre heat oven at 180c
- in. mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients in room temperature and mix until well combine
- not put sifter and sift all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix until well corporate
- prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with butter
- pour the batter and flattened it
- optional for blanch almonds and unsweetened chocolate chips
- bale at 180c for 35mins
- enjoy
