KETO COCONUT CREAM MUFFINS

Ingredients
- 40 grams melted butter
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (1g)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 5 tbsp coconut flour (35g)
- 1 tsp baking powder (5g)
- 3 tbsp sweeteners (40g)
- Pinch of salt
procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in mixing bowl put the butter and Xanthan gum and mix it
- add eggs and beat it put 1 tbsp vinegar and mix it
- put the dry ingredients use a sifter to sift it and mix it until well combine
- add the coconut cream and mix it
- get you muffin baking pan and grease it
- put the right amount of batter and flattened it
- bale at 180c for 35mins
- enjoy
