KETO CREAM CHEESE PANNA COTTA
Ingredients
- 800ml heavy cream
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sweeteners
- 15 grams agar agar or gelatin
Procedure
- In a pot put all the ingredients and mix all the ingredients until well combined
- Turn on gas in low fire and put the pot
- Continue stirring it and simmer for 5mins
- Let it cool completely
- Get the silicone Bundt pan
- Pour the panna cotta
- And refrigerate for 3-4 hrs or until set
- Transfer into plate then add some strawberry or any lowcarb fruits on it
- Enjoy
