KETO CREAM CHEESE PANNA COTTA

KETO CREAM CHEESE PANNA COTTA 

Ingredients 

  • 800ml heavy cream 
  • 150 grams cream cheese 
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/3 cup sweeteners 
  • 15 grams agar agar or gelatin

Procedure 

  1. In a pot put all the ingredients and mix all the ingredients until well combined 
  2. Turn on gas in low fire and put the pot
  3. Continue stirring it and simmer for 5mins  
  4. Let it cool completely 
  5. Get the silicone Bundt pan
  6. Pour the panna cotta 
  7. And refrigerate for 3-4 hrs or until set
  8. Transfer into plate then add some strawberry or any lowcarb fruits on it
  9. Enjoy
