KETO COCONUT PANNA COTTA

Ingredients
  • 1 pack pure gelatin (10g)
  • 850ml coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup sweeteners
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • topping crashed nuts and melted unsweetened chocolate


Procedure

  1. in small mixing bowl put the gelatin and add 4-5 tbsp of warm water and set aside for 5mins
  2. microwave the gelatin mixture for30 sec
  3. in another mixing bowl pour coconut cream, add the sweeteners and vanilla extract and mix it
  4. add the gelatin mixture and mix it until well combine
  5. transferinto microwavle bowl and reheat it or use a pan heat it for 5mins
  6. prepare your molder and pour the coconut mixture
  7. refregerate for 3 hrs or until ready
  8. remove it from molder and cut into half the panna cotta
  9. roll it into groundnuts and top it with melted chocolate
