KETO COCONUT PANNA COTTA
Ingredients
- 1 pack pure gelatin (10g)
- 850ml coconut cream
- 1/3 cup sweeteners
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- topping crashed nuts and melted unsweetened chocolate
Procedure
- in small mixing bowl put the gelatin and add 4-5 tbsp of warm water and set aside for 5mins
- microwave the gelatin mixture for30 sec
- in another mixing bowl pour coconut cream, add the sweeteners and vanilla extract and mix it
- add the gelatin mixture and mix it until well combine
- transferinto microwavle bowl and reheat it or use a pan heat it for 5mins
- prepare your molder and pour the coconut mixture
- refregerate for 3 hrs or until ready
- remove it from molder and cut into half the panna cotta
- roll it into groundnuts and top it with melted chocolate
