KETO 4 IN 1 COOKIES
Notes 20 pcs of cookies
Net Carbs 1.5g
Ingredients
- 300 grams almond flour
- 10 grams baking powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup sweeteners
- 40 grams unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 40 grams unsweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 20 grams crashed nuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
PROCEDURE
- in a big mixing bowl we mix the base of the cookies ,put the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum ,Pinch of salt and sweeteners mix it then let add the wet ingredients unsalted butter melted and 2 large eggs mix all the ingredients until well combine
- prepare a 4 bowl and divide the base cookie dough
- in first bowl add the chocolate chips and combine
- 2nd bowl add instant coffee and combine
- 3rd bowl add peanut butter ,crashed nuts and chia seeds (I recommend to add xanthan gum or eggs so it will not break appart )mix it until well combine
- 4th bowl add the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until all combine
- prepare a parchment paper and line the cookie dough (its like making sushi)after you line and flattened it gently roll the cookie dough to make it circle
- refrigerate for atleat 10-15mins
- preheat oven at 180c
- once it become harder get a knife and slice it (depends how thick to thin you like)
- prepare the baking pan and put the cookie dough and gentle press to flattened it
- bake at 180c for 15-20mins
