KETO LEMON CAKE

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners
  • 1 and 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Procedure

  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix it 
  3. then add the dry ingredients and mix it to the wet ingredients
  4. get a baking pan grease it
  5. pour the cake batter and flattened it
  6. bake at 180c for 30-35 mins
  7. let it cool
  8. pour heavy cream all over
  9. enjoy
