KETO PUMPKIN BREAD

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 30 grams melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 and half cup almond flour
  • 1/4cup sweeteners
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds

Procedure

  1. preheat oven at 180c
  2. in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix until well combine
  3. add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice mix it until well combine
  4. add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and combine it
  5. prepare a baking loaf pan put parchment paper and grease it
  6. pour the batter and garnish with pumpkin seeds
  7. bake at 180c for 35mins
  8. lets it cool and enjoy
