KETO PUMPKIN BREAD
Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 30 grams melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 and half cup almond flour
- 1/4cup sweeteners
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds
Procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients and mix until well combine
- add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice mix it until well combine
- add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and combine it
- prepare a baking loaf pan put parchment paper and grease it
- pour the batter and garnish with pumpkin seeds
- bake at 180c for 35mins
- lets it cool and enjoy
