KETO TAHINI COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sweeteners
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- Garnish with sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175c. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients and mix well..
- Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out and flattened it.Repeat until all the cookie , dry out the excess oil and garnish with sesame oil
- Bake the cookies until 10 to 15minutes
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
