KETO TAHINI COOKIES 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup tahini 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1/4 cup sweeteners 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum 
  • Garnish with sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175c. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients and mix well.. 
  • Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out and flattened it.Repeat until all the cookie , dry out the excess oil and garnish with sesame oil 
  • Bake the cookies until 10 to 15minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
