Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweeteners
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vinegar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- -Butter cream
- 30 grams room temp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp powder sweeteners
- -toppings
- Sheredded Light Cheddar Cheese
procedure
- in mixing bowllets put all the dry ingredients then mix it
- add the wet ingredients and mix until well combine
- get a microwave safe mug or ramekins our the batter then flattened it
- microwave for 1 up to 2 mins or depends in the microwave
- let it Cool completely
- get another bowl and make butter frosting put the room temp unsalted butter then add the powder sweeteners then wish it until it lightened the color
- get the cake it should be cold so the frosting dont melt
- and start to cover the cake
- lastly add shredded light cheddar cheese
- enjoy
