BALBACUA RECIPE / OXTAIL SOUP

ingredient
- 1 kg of beef oxtail
- ginger
- garlic
- onions
- paprika
- turmeric powder
- salt and pepper
- green onions
procedure
- wash and clean the oxtail
- prepare the pot with 2 liters water and put the oxtail
- turn on gas in low fire and put the pot simmer it for 1 hr
- when the oxtail is ready transfer the soup in big bowl
- and the put some olive oil and saute the garlic, onion and ginger
- add the soup and oxtail add another water and let it simmer for 15mins
- add salt and pepper and garnish with slice green onions
- enjoy
