KETO AVOCADO LATTE

ingredients

  • half ripe avocado
  • 500 ml unsweetened almond milk or any low carb milk
  • 1 shot Nespresso or espresso 
  • optional for sweeteners

procedure

  1. in a mixing bowl put scoop the avocado and mash it
  2. add unsweetened almond milk if you have hand blender or any blender to mix it well much better
  3. prepare the 1 shot of Nespresso 
  4. in your favorite coffee cup add ice and pour the avocado milk
  5. pour the Nespresso add sweeteners mix it
  6. enjoy
