KETO CHICKEN CABBAGE BALLS

Ingredients 

  • half cabbage medium 
  • green onions 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • half kg ground chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
procedure
  1. in a mixing bowl start grinding the clean cabbage or if you had processor much better
  2. put salt in the cabbage and mix it then let it sit for 10mins to remove the water
  3. using a clean towel put the cabbage and squeeze the water from it
  4. in a another bowl put the cabbage add the slice green onions, minced garlic and ground chicken add salt and pepper and mix it
  5. add 3 large eggs and 2 tbsp coconut flour mix until well combine and set aside
  6. heat a pan with chicken fats or any keto approve oil
  7. get the chicken and mold into circle 
  8. if the oil is ready start frying  the chicken balls until golden brown
  9. remove from the oil put into kitchen paper to remove excess oil
  10. enjoy
