KETO SALMON CAKE BITE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams salmon fillet
  • 30 grams cut scallions
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs

PROCEDURE

  1. we need a food processor put all the ingredients and start to mix it in 1-2 mins or until the ingredients are fully combine
  2. if we achieve the right consistency transfer it into a clean bowl 
  3. turn on gas in medium low fire put a frying pan add any keto approve oil..im using chicken oil
  4. if the oil is ready get a one scoop of the salmon mixture and start frying it in the hot oil
  5. fry it until golden brown
  6. enjoy it with mayonnaise or any keto approve dressing

note good for 3 Servings
