KETO UBE CHEESE BROWNIES

Ingredients
for the batter
- 30 grams unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup sweeteners
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ube extract
- 2 tbsp (10g)unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp (40g)almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
for the cream cheese
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large eggs
- 2 tbsp sweeteners
procedure
- preheat oven at 180c
- in a mixing bowl put all the wet ingredients for the brownies batter and mix it until well combine
- add the dry ingredients for the brownies batter to the wet ingredients and combine it
- after you combine the wet and dry ingredients of the brownie batter set aside
- in another bowl lets mix all the ingredients of the cream cheese and set aside
- get a baking pan line it with parchment paper grease it
- pour the brownie batter all over the baking pan then pour in the top the cream cheese mixture
- then get any sticks or butter knife to make some curls for the cream cheese and batter of the brownies
- bake at 180 c for 20mins in middle rack
- lets it cool completely and slice into square
- enjoy
